Alicia and her staff were on top of our loan application and worked hard to get it approved by our closing timeline after our original lender denied our loan. They were attentive and kept us apprised of the status of our application.

Alycia joined 1st Security Bank Home Lending early in 2013 and brings not only experience, but “top-of-the-class” training as well: The “XCO” (Xinnix Certified Originator) after her name represents graduation from the top mortgage academy in the country and is shared by only one-half of one percent of loan officers nationally. This elite certificate required completion 90 classes, 400 hours of training and passing a rigorous four-hour exam.
Alycia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She entered the home lending business in 2005.
She enjoys the problem solving involved in finding the right loan program for her clients.
