Eric explained everything to me in a way I actually could understand what was happening, which as someone who is struggling to adjust into the "Adulting" world I really appreciated it!
The process of refinancing went for the most part ok, the title company and the bank should work close together in means of organization and little details to avoid any miscommunication between the consumer / bank/ title company.
