Great, knowledgeable and quick to respond.
Communication
The ease and great communication that Wayne gave.
Usually non-local lenders are less responsive. When there was trouble getting an appraiser, you didn't let that go too long. There were some mistakes on closing day, but nothing that made us push closing back a day.
Everyone that helped me was very patient and understanding. And they were always there when i needed them thanks again.
