The guy is a work horse. Explains everything upfront, updates daily, easy to reach, always puts the customer first, listens well and delievers what he promises. My 2nd and 3rd loans had almost no costs.

He ghosted me. I'm out a certain amount of money. Lesson Learned. I did close the loan this was transaction outside of loan. It really hurts that he was dishonest and had an accomplish. Smoke and mirrors

When the borrower did not qualify in house i was able to refer the borrower to another lender that closed the loan. Money was spent on two appraisals and was refunded at closing. It hurts when so much hard work is put into helping a client...
