Troy was AMAZING! anytime there were questions or worries, he ALWAYS was ready to figure out a solution and was always available. Communication lines were always open... he was WONDERFUL to work with.
I was told by loan specialist that no bank would do what I wanted too do and you made that happen for me ty.
Troy went above and beyond our expectations, our situation was not normal and he did everything he could to make it work for us.
