    Tracy was there for us the entire process. We are retired and our loan was approved within hours. She even copied all the needed records for underwriting, since I couldn't upload into their portal. We highly recommend her and her firm.

    Best. Mortgage. Experience. EVER.We started our mortgage with our bank (a national bank, where we are "Platinum Preferred Honors" members). Unfortunately, their people were not good, and they could not answer even the simplest of questions....
