Tom is a great guy and help us through our transition into our new home go as smoothly as he could!
Mr. Rybak is knowledgeable and a great communicator. He prepared extra mortgage options for me that helped me make the right choice. I recommend him highly.
He made it a great experience was always communicating and got everything done in a short time frame.
Tom was great but the underwriters continued to ask for more and more documents and had difficulty understanding that, in today’s world, telework is common.
Tom and team went ABOVE and BEYOND any other lending company I've worked with in the past. Tom helped to make things happen whenever we hit a major roadblock. Without his help, I think I would have lost the property I was trying to purchase....
