It was a good experience :) Loan was processed in time with no hick ups (In less than two weeks!!). She also price matched my APR to a lower rate offered by another lender, which was amazing!!

She was friendly, answered our questions. It was different doing everything online. As a personal preference it be nice to meet one on one with the lender. But overall it was good experience.

We had a great experience with Ally and the Zillow team. We went from pre-qualifies to closed in less than 30 days. Communication was constant and no surprises. Great customer focus!
