Service was great. Just had a little misinformation on condo project approval which delayed us. It was one of the first CalHFA Dream for All loans, so we all learned something new.

Tara is a great at what she does.
Ball was dropped on numerous occasions on our last loan. All parties are aware of the issues. Finally made it to closing but a lot of problems could have been avoided.
The portal was easy to use and import loans. Communication was spot on.
#1 thing: Let us draw our own documents for closing and save two days in closing.#2 do your closing docs really need to be reviewed before funding? I had one held up an hour becasue the title company didn't have their FED X lable in your package....
