Kind was fast, efficient and exremely helpful. Communication was constant and timely which helped make sure we had the loan closing on time. Our AE was always available and ensured we got all of our inquiries answered. Great experience overall....

Allow the broker to give a lender to credit to cover all the closing costs. its my understanding this is a Kind overlay as I am able to do this with other lenders.
