Team was not knowledge - from locking to closing. While the calHFA DREAM program allowed for the 2-1 buydown, it seemed like no one on the team knew about it. Lock desk had to program that option in. The Closer emailed everyone and said it...

The process was smooth from start to finish, Tara is always happy to help and makes herself readily available when needed. We will continue working with kind, especially for our VA clients, pricing is very competitive.
The communication or assistance that was needed for question. The turnaround time when a file is approved with conditions could have been better.
