At the beginning, the communication and teamwork was great. Then he disappeared from the transaction all the way through closing.

This was not about Steve exactly as he did respond many times asking the processer to update us on items and she would take days and at one point well over a week to reply.
Steve was very accessible and worked well with my real estate agent
