The process was quick and simple. They did have me verify my employment multiple times before and after asking my boss for a income and employment verification. If that's my biggest complaint I think we're doing great!

There seemed to be too much disconnect between our mortgage officer and the rest of the Cross Country team when it came down to sending the final disclosures.
Corey walker was always availble and answered all my questions very quickly and professionally.
