Payment center a joke! Took 2 payments out then when i called them on this was told they would refund 1 payment but would take 5 days, then nothing called and would be another 5 days, then they sent request to wrong office and i would get check...

She answered every question I had and kept me up to date on everything that was happening and helped us out every step of the way!
There is always someone available to respond to any concerns or questions. The electronic documents were a plus as one of may not be available for in-person signatures.
