Communication was spotty at first and she was hard to get a hold of. I would have liked weekly updates. The closer we got to closing the more communicative she became. She really came through at the end though.
My real estate agent struggled to get information, and the sellers' were also anxious about the lack of communication. It was very stressful for the last 2 weeks, since there was little communication, and we were still doing underwriting. I...

Shawenti made buying my first home as easy as she could and worked with me on everything I needed. She was awesome and made sure I was taken care of, couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer!
