Better communication, sometimes I could not get ahold of anyone and they took forever to reply. Also more accurate estimates on certain numbers would be nice.

Shawenti was very kind and helpful and answer all my questions through the process. She stayed on top of things.

a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous. The agent made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the process and reassured me that I was dealing with professionals. Everything went smoothly, and I was very pleased with results.

Honestly, Shawenti set the expectations of the experience being great and it was. This is our 6th purchase (plus a few refi's) and this has been the best experience yet!

On spot communication

No communication from her from the beginning until. Once she did it was very little. Didn;t meet closing time and wanted to move it back 4 hours and still didn't meet that time either. Very poor experence from beginning to end.
