Honestly, Shawenti set the expectations of the experience being great and it was. This is our 6th purchase (plus a few refi's) and this has been the best experience yet!

On spot communication

No communication from her from the beginning until. Once she did it was very little. Didn;t meet closing time and wanted to move it back 4 hours and still didn't meet that time either. Very poor experence from beginning to end.

Shawenti was pleasant, my clients had trouble reaching member of the team and sometimes it would take hours or days to receive a response.
