This was my second experience with Sergio and his team, a great experience both times.

Fantastic communication skills. Always on-point.

The process was quick, and providing our documents was easy! Sergio was great to work with.

Helped make our home purchase smooth.

Sergio always got back to me. He always answered any questions I had. He was excellent to work with and would work with again in the future.

Understand that having to take over for someone else made his job more challenging, but would have liked more communication. If you had 5 levels instead of just 3, he would be a 4. So that's better than "just okay."

Sergio was very thorough with the home purchasing process. He explained the benefits of each type of loan, as well as further explained items we were unfamiliar with. It was a seamless process and made our home buying experience a little less...
