Communication was not good at all. Prefer to use a local lender. Underwriting being on the west coast is not good for my business. Will always use local lenders in the future.
Scott made things super simple and quick. I only had two weeks to get approved and close and Scott made it, I am very pleased with his professionalism and efforts to make it happen . I highly recommend Scott Tillman.

Scott went above and beyond, I made a last minute switch from a mortgage company I was with for years, in the middle of a purchase he was confident and was able to put the deal together!

Communication was amazing! It did not matter what time of the day or night we sent messages, they ALWAYS returned or messages or calls in minutes or first thing in the morning. They answered our questions before we had questions.
