Actually do what you say your going to do. And when you tell someone a number that they are going to pay monthly, don't try and screw them over in the end. Be honest and don't try to blame your mistakes on other people, let alone the buyers....

The process was quick and quiet. The last week things got a little nerve racking. Last minute information request. There was a lack of information and communication during the last week.

An important detail was overlooked by the banker that eventually changed the rate significantly when we were at a point of no return. It was extremely disappointing and financially daunting.

I do not feel that you proactively helped us manage the interest rate risk. While you had initially said that we would be speaking frequently about the rates, you went silent for most of the time. We often had to initiate the conversation ourselves....
