This man is a force. He is in contact with you 24/7, even on his day off. Through my tears and laughter, Scott was there for me as professional and as a friend. He never stopped! And here we are.....I own a house!

All the people I spoke with (and there were quite a few) were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Scott did not explain the refi process well and could not deliver the rate he verbally promised when we closed. He talks very fast using the terms that are industry lingo and does not do a good job of explaining the process for a layman.
