The experince was okay. I would recommend the communication be more direct throughout the process. A lot of the process, we felt rushed to sign things without an explanation and it was a lot of "hurry up and wait". Things were done out of order....

I wasn't experienced with the process but both the loan advisor and loan processor took the time to explain things to me throughly and always asked if i had any questions.
