There were many problems this time. I made everyone aware of them. It was one of the worst experiences I've every had. I don't think it was Scott's fault, but the faulty of New American.

I followed Scott Sheldon in his local newspaper column and saw how his knowledge and expertise would help if I were to have any problems during the loan cycle. I have used him for 2 loans and definitely will be coming back!

Pretty easy process. Most everything was done electronically. I didn’t have to go back and forth and bring papers to the office. Loan funded pretty quickly too. No problems.

Scott is great! Highly recommend!
