Scott Murtens and Luminate got my difficult loan approved and funded on time with all the communication you could ask for.
Scott was always optimistic, explored multiple avenues to get our difficult situation funded, kept us informed along the way, worked while he was on vacation and ultimately got us funded in time to close on our original closing date.
