With some difficult situations she handled it well and it all turned out great!
We are first time home buyers so we were completly lost about what everything was and what needed done. There were some things that weren't explained up front but I think it was just that they do this every day - most things are second nature...

Nothing but good things to say. Shelby made the process very easy and understanding for me and my wife. Shelby was professional, responsive, and helpful throughput the whole process i would definitely recommend her.
Shelbey was always available to answer questions and explained every detail to make sure we were comfortable with our loan.
