Kerensa was on top of things and would communicate immediately when documents were required. She sent pleasant reminders and that is great for those of us that have so much going on and don't always remember to send requested info.
They had some hiccups but were able to work through and get it done.
Kerensa guided me every step of the way. If I needed to submit something, she would prompt me to do so. She would also respond at most any hour of day, and even on vacation (sorry)!
Kerensa was excellent!
Mortgage was approved quickly and communication was excellent.
