Sam is always great to work with! He gives weekly updates to the agent and the client that he is working with to keep everyone on the same page. He was very good at explaining things to my first time home buyer and helped her feel comfortable....

Sam was simply amazing to work with! He took on a loan that was denied from another mortgage company and gave it everything he had available to him and more to get this one to the closing table! I will use him again and again going forward!!!!...
