Communication amounted to emailed documents without sufficient directions for execution resulting in additional calls and confusion. Clear directions were clearly missing.

Very smooth process!
It was easier than expected although I wish there had been more communication towards the end so I’d know who/what to expect on the day of closing. But overall it was a smooth experience more or less.
