The lender failed to be open, transparent, and very communicative! He lacked providing updates without being asked. I personally close 50+ transactions ALONE as a single agent a year working with multiple lenders and this by far in my 9+ years...

Ryan was fantastic. He made this experience simple and easy and was always available for questions, especially as this was our 1st time buying a home. He has a vast knowledge in this field and it made us more comfortable with the process.

The transaction was very difficult and not all due to Ryan, the loan processing and closing team were terrible always adding new conditions at the end...
