Communication was terrible. Lost trust they were keeping our information confidential. Placed third party, not related to our transaction, on email. Was not transparent and honest in interactions. Customer service was not a priority.
We have already communicated our concerns.
The patience and guidance of Phoebe and her staff were very reassuring in such a stressful process.
