The loan originator said we locked at one rate and when we closed almost 2 months later our rate was almost 1/2% higher. Not through our fault but through PHL's fault. No Thank you, Definitely No Recommendation Here.
He was very patient with us and when we felt stuck or could not figure something out he helped us.
