The communication kept me informed through all of the steps.
We were quoted a rate of 6.07% but closed at 6.5%. That doesn't seem very truthful to us, especially after all we've done with PHL. Don't want to have others go through what we've had to go through. Won't recommend Mr Shapiro or PHL.
