Planet Mortgage has the worse customer service..no one can answer your questions and tell you to call back in a few days....my suggestion, give your business to someone else

This company sucks my loan was transferred to this company and it has been problems since day one and the customer service is hit or miss depending on who you get. If it was up to me all VA home loans would be removed from this company because...

This is truly the worst company
Planet home lending does not have an accounting department they are violating my fair report credit
If there was a way to give 0 stars,I would.
