Laziest group of.people ever tried to call for help with mortgage sat on hold for over an hour before a lazy employee finally got done with there crossword puzzle and picked up the phone

Genuine customer service. Friendly ,knowledgeable and he answered all our questions.
Everything was going well to the very end. I was never informed about my closing costs. Which wouldnt have been a problem if I was told about it
