Ross made the whole process seamless. He was available to answer my questions and explained the whole process to me. He was accomodating when i had to move the closing date. He made the experience pleasant.

The communication was outstanding
We have worked with Ross on both of our refi's. He is quick on calling back on phone calls and answering emails. We have not had any issues with Planet and will stay with Ross and Planet
