Ross was straight forward and to the point with every step of the process, there was never any moment of confusion. This was by far the easiest refinancing process I've ever experienced.
Quick and easy processs with excellent communications throughout.
Our loan was sold here - I can't get anyone to respond to an email and phone calls mean I have been transferred three times with over an hour of hold time each time...
