My loan officer and processor were on top of things. They were always available when I had questions and needed more information. They were very pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process.

Overall the process took longer than I was told. When there was something needed from my HOA I should have been notified immediately what was needed because I ended up having to reach out to HOA for the items as they shared they couldn’t send...

He was always there for any questions I had and whenever there were any updates he was quick to give it to me. He wad very friendly and just did everything he could to make this experience as easy as possible.

Bob was excellent, however my loan processor Jeremy was terrible. I had to send him things multiple times which made the process go on for three months.
