Robert made himself easily accessible to answer any questions. Only two draw backs were one an address that wasn't my own was listed on some of my closing docs. Also, I was not advised I needed to look out for an email confirming my funds distribution....

The flexible schedule as I had become horribly ill with a flu and whooping cough and my husband had a second knee replacement .
