RJ always answered his phone and was prompt in replying to my texts!
RJ was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly prompt with all of his responses. Frankly, he was one, if not the very, best loan agents I've ever worked with. Now looking forward to making good use of this equity loan.

I was looking for easy and straight forward, which is usually not the case.
The online process was pretty simple and RJ was always there to answer any
questions and guide me in the right direction.
