Great communication throughout the transaction process! Did not over promise as many other lenders do to get the buyers business! Rick saved this transaction for my seller and the buyer making it a win win for all parties!
Rick Oaks gets stuff done exactly when he says he will get it done. He' is PROACTIVE which is exactly what you want in a good loan officer. He is also very knowledgeable and so he can be creative. Use another loan officer at your own peril....
