Process was easy to follow. Sunny disposition of both you and Susan Alston. Ability of using Towne Bank home owners insurance. Working with Amy Mercer to get that done.
The mortgage process was easier than I thought. The layout to receive and send documents was easy to use and I would get fast replies from Trent and Katy which made it so much faster.
