Aaron is very knowledgeable and responded and answered every one of my questions no matter how ignorant they were.
Would have preferred better communication to set expectations before each stage of the process. I often got emails from 4 different addresses telling me I needed to respond to different documents that I didn't know what they were and wasn't...
