Lonnie is very good but I think the support team behind him is lacking. Underwriting couldn't keep track of documents and the time it took for answers and final approval was not acceptable in my opinion.
Giuseppe and his team maintain excellent communications, and do anything they can to help guide a customer through the process; both new mortgage and refinance.
