Andy always provide us with all the details on advance. Plus he would add video instructions, which were super helpful. If something was needed, he was quick to respond as well.

I am actually the listing agent for this new construction deal that suffered several unusual delays. Then 2 weeks before the scheduled closing date, the buyers switched from another lender to Andy. I don't know if he knew what he was getting...
