How quick and easy it was to get the loan. We hardly had to do anything and we were well infor med. I highly recommend using Ruoff again for our next house and especially Kim as the loan office.

Ed was great communicating what I needed to do and getting me preapprovals quickly! He is very knowledgeable! Becky was great at explaining what I needed to close and very patient when I didn't get the right things at first.
