Everyone was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything in line as needed!

There were some delays but those were not the fault of the Ruoff folks - private inspection, MSHDA approval, etc. Ed Tilk and Becky Freeman were both great at keeping me informed and staying on top of everything needed to get this done!

Great customer service and super friendly but had a few problems with documents being re-notarized 3 times cause they sent me the wrong documents.

Steve is an all around amazing guy. He answered ANY question I had, & was extremely knowledgeable in everything he did. Getting to work with Steve and his team was a pleasure and I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking to buy a house.
