My fiancée and I were first time homeowners and Brittany and Ruoff made it super simple and fast! We had the keys to our house within a month of looking and finding a house! No question was too silly for them and they took the time to help...

We were consistently kept informed of where we were in the loan process. Though we had a lot of documents to attach to our application, they were easy to attach to the online portal.

I had a great experience working with Rouff! I would recommend them to anyone!

Hello, Monica. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and provide your recommendation of Ruoff Mortgage. Thank you!

Brittany made our lending process so easy & fast. She communicated well, worked very quick at getting things in/ to us and was accommodating to our needs. When things happened she was on it to find a better solution and everything worked out...

Brittany was a joy to communicate with. She was very knowledgeable and helped my fiancé and I navigate our first time home buying process with ease. Brittany was willing to do anything she could to better our experience. I would absolutely...

Once again, Tom H. was a rockstar! This is the third time we've worked with him and he has been wonderful with communication and helping us navigate the processes. Our experience was incredibly smooth and he went out of his way to answer questions!...
