Doug was always responsive and thorough with his communication, and went the extra step to double check with us when responses were taking longer than expected
Jason communicated very well and was able to get things done. We called him in a panic in the previous company we were working with didn't know what they were doing and Jason got more done in two days than they did and almost 2 months
Jason is the GOAT. Dee is a legend. There will only ever be one loan office I work with, and that is Jason Kain.
Quick on getting everything done so and was able to close on my house in 2 weeks of finding it.
