Jim is amazing! He was always available night and day with any questions we had and we had a lot of questions. I really felt that he looked out for us during this process like my own parents would, considering that we are first time home buyers....

Tom is a great person who made it clear that he truly cares about us when we were facing the stress and uncertainty of financing. He is available for conversation day or night, and has a warm, welcoming, and authentic personality.

I was using a different lender before Presidential, and the communication was awful and I had to call and email constantly for updates, with Presidential I had my pre approval within minutes and the best part they called and gave me updates!...
