My experience with Cheryl McCarthy from Mutual of Omaha for my reverse mortgage was incredibly smooth and efficient. She is personable and always open to questions and giving answers quickly.
Mary Jo and her staff made everything so easy and very efficient. It is a very long process, however.
Dan did an excellent job with the reverse mortgage for my step-father. He was prompt and thorough as well as pleasant and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service.
